ABOUT THE AUTHOR
NKOSI CAMPBELL
Nkosi Campbell is a retired U.S. Army veteran, father, and author whose life has been shaped by service, adversity, failure, accountability, and transformation.
After nearly two decades in the military and multiple deployments around the world, he discovered that some of life's hardest battles begin after the uniform comes off. Years of compartmentalizing trauma, pain, and personal failures eventually forced him to confront not only what had happened to him, but the ways his unresolved wounds had affected the people he loved.
Today, Nkosi shares his story from a place of accountability, faith, and growth—not because he has everything figured out, but because he believes real change begins when we stop running from ourselves and become willing to do the work.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGHT THIS ALONE
Some battles become too heavy to carry by yourself. If you are struggling with PTSD, trauma, depression, thoughts of suicide, or feel like you may hurt yourself, please reach out for help. Asking for help is not weakness. Sometimes making one phone call, sending one text, or telling someone you're struggling is the first step forward.
